Sexual relations are an extremely important aspect of a healthy and long-lasting relationship. But we don't always "get to it" and sometimes we find excuses to avoid it.
Sex therapist Megan Fleming reveals how you can have fantastic sex every time:
Foreplay during the day "You can start the foreplay during the day. "It shouldn't be limited to just three minutes before sex," she says. Plan a time for sex For those with children or a million responsibilities during the day, finding time for sex is an extremely important element of a good sex life. "Some couples these days are so busy that if they don't make time for sex, they won't even have it." For example, if you usually have sex at night, try to do it in the morning; if you're usually in the bedroom, try the bathroom or kitchen.

Communication is the most important aspect in a relationship, including sex. Talk to your partner about the ideal scenario and don't hesitate to go into the finer details.
Once you figure out what's ideal for both of you, even a small change can do wonders for your sex life.
Take care of yourself
Taking care of your body and mind will make you even more attractive to your partner. And you will feel much better.
Don't take your partner's bad mood too personally
We all have good days and bad days, and when our partner is in a bad mood we often think it's our fault.
When that happens, it's best to take care of your own mood and give your partner space, Megan suggested.
